Her ​expertise lies in teaching high-functioning ​individuals the techniques of down-​regulating their nervous system. Olesya is a ​Master Pilates educator, habits tracking ​coach, and Pilates studio owner in Houston, ​Texas.


She has worked with universities, Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits including: Rice University, Houston Christian University, Dress for Success, Phillips 66, Shell, HPE, Dow Chemical, Chevron, Marathon Oil, and Halliburton.
